mBAT-combo Portal facilitates integrative gene-based association analysis of GWAS summary statistics. It applies the mBAT-combo, mBAT, and fastBAT methods to identify genes associated with complex traits, and provides interactive exploration of results across thousands of UK Biobank phenotypes.
