Predict fine-mapping power based on the estimated genetic architecture for complex trait
SBayesR / SBayesRC input Power and PHE prediction curves
Purpose
This tool is designed to predict the fine-mapping power and proportion of SNP-based heritability explained by fine-mapped variants using the estimated SNP-based heritability and number of variants in each mixture component defined in SBayesR or SBayesRC model. These parameters can be obtained from the output of SBayesR or SBayesRC analysis.
Method
The theoretical prediction method was developed by Jian Zeng and Loic Thibaut. This interactive interface was designed by Yang Wu and Zhili Zheng. Full details on the method please refer to:
